Federal Discrimination Law Comparative Table

The table has recently been updated to reflect amendments to the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 and the Age Discrimination Act 2004 by the Sex and Age Discrimination Legislation Amendment Act 2011. The table usefully sets out the provisions of the federal Racial, Sex, Disability and Age Discrimination Acts, with the Disability Discrimination Act 2004 as the point of reference.
